Pros

Epic makes the best healthcare software, and makes a positive impact around the world. It is something to be proud of. They do a lot to take care of you. Also, the cafeteria food is excellent.

Cons

Not the best for work - family balance.

Pros

Salary is great. There are a lot of interesting projects to work on, and you're given a lot of responsibility right away. The people you work with are great and what I liked most about working at Epic.

Cons

Some benefits like parental leave are mediocre for a tech company. Work life balance can be difficult to maintain and you need to learn to say No a lot. Upper management is out of touch, and Epic's handling of Covid for its employees is embarrassing.
