Pros

Great Benefits Great Hours (for the culinary industry) The best equipment Variety in types of food produced

Cons

Management is not transparent in expectations. Those falling behind are kept on for fear of "what will happen to their lives if they are let go"

Pros

Coworkers are young and smart, it's a fun place to work and you can have a say in the types of projects you get involved in.

Cons

Expectations from management are not exactly clear. There is also a lack of transparency in the evaluation process, as it's not at all clear what you're evaluated on or if the additional work you may agree to take on is helping your performance in the eyes of management.
