Pros

There is a ton of room for growth whether you want it or not. In many cases you can have multiple customers managing million dollar implementations.

Cons

Zero work/life balance. Madison is divided in half by Epic and the townies who typically don't interact. There are a lot of incestuous relationships at work.

Pros

- I hear the base pay has increased - Food in the cafeteria is good

Cons

- Outdated technology like cache and VB6 - The CEO is like a dictator and decides everything - I suspect HR fakes reviews on review websites and salaries. Check out the flowery English!

Pros

The company works hard to keep employees happy. Many nice perks. Personally I found a good work life balance and was well compensated for not terribly challenging work.

Cons

THe work is not the most interesting. Travel is a component of the job, during which 12 hour days are the norm. The company tries a little too hard to promote an internal "geeky" culture.
