Pros

The salary and the benefits are great. Epic also provides all the training you need to have a basic understanding of the job. Most people who work there are committed to working together to solve a problem and progress the company. The wardrobe is relaxed, and they encourage individuality and creativity.

Cons

There are lots of unspoken, unwritten rules and they vary from role to role and from team to team. Epic has a lot of turnover and this is partially because in some roles (IS or Project Managements mainly) people get burnt out from constant travel. Different roles look down on others because they know they make more money in general - kind of snobby/cliquish - but that's what you get when you hire mostly out of college.
