Pros

Collaborative, fast paced environment. Pushes you to put out your best work.

Cons

If you don't like a challenging environment this place isn't for you. You will be asked to perform at a high level because your peers are highly intelligent and expect just as much from you as upper management.

A company needing direction

Pros

You really can carve your own path at Epic. As long as you work hard and prove yourself, many doors will open for you, and they are always trying to match someones interest with a need within the company.

Cons

The company does not care for the health of its employees and its benefits package is mediocre for a company in its field. If you want legitimate vacation and managers who can also serve as mentors, you should look elsewhere.
