Pros

Challenging and intriguing work. No two days at the office are the same. You are given a lot of responsibility early on and you learn so much so quickly.

Cons

The only major downside (if you don't like it) is Madison, WI. I think it is a great city but a lot of people eventually want to leave.

Benefits are so-so

Pros

You get to work with young, energetic, smart people. You get your own office and the food is great. Compensation is great as well, considering how inexpensive life in Madison is.

Cons

Not a lot of paid time off, they boast their benefits but they really aren't anything special. Many people end up working very long hours.
