Pros

Epic has a ton of benefits. It's a flat company where you get to take on a lot of passion projects. Awesome cafeterias/food. Awesome and smart people that you work with. Epic Systems is a top vendor in the industry and will give you a ton of opportunities if you want to stay in the industry. Madison is an AWESOME city to move to.

Cons

The feedback structure can be rough. Also, employees are constantly asked to take on more and more work with respecting their work/life balance. In the last year, they have made changes to mitigate this by letting IS work remotely.
