Pros
Fairly flexible hours (when not training a class), helpful and collaborative coworkers, delicious food at cost, great facilities. Lots of opportunities for professional growth and internal training. Many trainers have a background in education.
Cons
Workload can easily get out of control - you need to state your work/life balance expectations during the interview process and with your team lead so it's clear how much time and energy you're willing to put in. it's easy to get sucked into many projects. As long as you maintain your boundaries, you'll be fine.
