Pros

Dress code - super flexible and can wear pretty much anything while at the office. Flexible hours - have to work your 40+ hours but when you do is somewhat flexible. Interesting work.

Cons

Hard to find a parking spot if you get to work after like 8am. 6 month training period. Training isn't super helpful.

Pros

There are lots of difficult, unique challenges at Epic that make for a fun development environment. Lots of smart people work there who are enjoyable to collaborate with, and the culture is fantastic. Pay is good and the perks are great.

Cons

It can be easy to sometimes feel like a cog in the machine. Deadlines can be brutal. These are things you will find at all software companies, though.
