Overall, a good experience

Pros

The people are friendly, smart, and supportive, and there is quite a bit of 'freedom'.

Cons

Work, if you are not careful, can take up quite a bit of time. Also, as a developer the main language is M/Cache, which isn't great for transferring out

Great Atmosphere, Hard Work

Pros

Epic strives to have everyone in their own office, with about half sharing an office with one other person. This is also a really great atmosphere, young crowd, beautiful artwork, and thorough training. They really put effort into training and wiki documentation. Your coworkers are smart and personable.

Cons

They really recruit the A crowd and put you to work. If you are a B+ person, you will possibly be hired but struggle with stress or hours in order to compete with your assigned responsibilities.

Pros

Great People, Great Opportunity as a Young Person, Great Pay

Cons

Significant commitment to travel. Very busy weeks with little time to finish everything unless you put in time on the weekends.
