Pros

Nice environment, great co-workers, challenging/interesting work, travel, excellent training, a unique culture, meaningful work, making a difference, participating in an interesting field.

Cons

can be a high stress environment, but this is not the status quo - this is a side effect of doing work that is meaningful that you care about

Pros

very good employee care and benefits. interview process is longer but it helps the company to select worthy candidates who are addicted to success all through academics. They will care a lot for you all through the interview process and provide you with very good benefits at work. Since the company is into health care, they have a very good medical insurance coverage. at the maximum u will be paying around 40$ for very good coverage.

Cons

i just joined and did not see any as of now. Gives more importance to GPA which is good in a way but hard for guys who are not too gud in academics.

Pros

Immediate responsibility and opportunity to make a difference in a challenging and rapidly growing field. Direct engagement and leadership opportunities within Epic and with our customers who represent many of the largest and most prestigous medical centers across the US. Great opportunities to share your own career and success. No 2 days have ever felt the same - fast paced approach keeps me busy and excited.

Cons

Large amount of responsibility means long working hours including some nights or weekends. Steep learning curve requires keen attention to detail and willingness to put in a lot of effort to excel in the role. Customer facing roles often require dealing with challenging personalities.
