Pros

The Pay is very competitive and they regularly increase to keep up with inflation/market rates. You can also earn stock. Company buildings are themed and look very cool (there's a treehouse meeting room). There is a lot of variety in lunch options and the food is good (they hire actual chefs).

Cons

You must move to be within 45 min of the company HQ in Wisconsin. Expect 45 hr/week once you are fully onboarded (there's about 6 months of training for new devs). I had coworkers who felt overworked but my workload never ramped up to that point. A lot of work with legacy tech (M, Visual Basic, Subversion for version control) but they probably have finished migrating to newer stuff since I left. (They promised git migration but it took longer than initial timelines suggested).

-Lots of travel -High level of ownership really quickly -Good food on campus

Cons

-No remote working -Must relocate to work in Verona -Culture of overworking (50+ hour weeks) -Very little support from higher ups when needed -Culture of "throw you in the deep end and see if you can float"
