Stay away at all costs

Pros

Good money, OK if you jump ship quick.

Cons

Don't work here. All the negatives are true. Bad tooling, you will work with Visual Basic even if they tell you that you will not. Stay away unless you only care about money. Even if you get to work with C#, the tech stack is not transferable to other jobs. They do not care about their employees. You are just a number/human capital to them. Barely any vacation. No work/life balance.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits for the Madison area, good hours and work environment.

Cons

Despite what the recruiters say, this is not a Silicon Valley company. Expect decades old technology, an incoherent database structure, and frequent outages. If you are passionate about software development, this is not the job for you.
