Very well compnesated, and you get to live in a great city with a ton to do.

Cons

You will travel. A lot. And most work around 55 hours a week. But the people are great and you are paid well for it.

Coworkers are generally competent and friendly, opportunities for advancement (although probably without a fancy title), the pay is good for the area and especially if you don't have experience or in-demand educational background

Cons

Except for a few areas, the product is not super exciting; a lot of what you do won't transfer directly to other companies. You do have to be in person in Madison (which doesn't have to be a con, I love Madison personally)
