Pros

Unique experiences working in a high intensity environment. Lots of potential for a high salary if you can handle the pressure.

Cons

Everyone who joins think they can handle the pressure, but most can't. You end up being pushed out of the company and then you're stuck in the midwest. A lot of people moved for what they though was going to be their career only to leave after a year.

Pros

Good place to start and learn a lot. Future companies will often like seeing this experience.

Cons

Easy place to burnout. They choose weird hills to die on like no remote work.

Epic is a great entry-level job for young adults right out of college to learn responsibility and how to manage one’s time.

It is difficult to have a work-life balance at Epic.
