Pros
I enjoy the technical challenges, awesome culture and amazingly smart people who work here. Everyday is a fun challenge and I learn something new from the most talented developers I have ever worked with. I previously spent 7 years in the defense industry for two different companies before spending nearly 4 years at Epic and the difference is night and day and I really enjoyed my two previous jobs.
Cons
Explosive growth...leads to growing pains in terms of process but not a bad problem to have.
