Pros

The food offered during lunch is the only good thing about working here.

Cons

You will be overworked constantly. There is no work life balance and you're making less than consultants around the country.

Pros

If you succeed, there are many opportunities for you to grow and are compensated well. You're always in an active position rather than simply reporting to a higher up.

Cons

You are put into extremely stressful situations often with expectations especially as someone new to the workforce. Many people are put in "golden handcuffs" because of the generous salary but many people don't enjoy the work and often burn out at least once in their career.

Pros

Good advancement, good compensation growth over your tenure if you perform.

Cons

No flexibility with location, you must live in Madison, WI unless special approval received.
