Pros

They do a good job of helping you integrate into the Wisconsin community, and I enjoyed the customizability that came with letting me choose what part of the trainer role I could focus on

Cons

Too much traveling can get tiring quick

Pros

- Pays very well for juniors - You get to work with very smart and motivated people - Solve real problems in healthcare - Great job security. Epic is going absolutely nowhere in the next decade and almost never does layoffs.

Cons

- Limited PTO for the first 2 years - Large variance in team culture internally - Still modernizing their tech stack, but much better than a few years ago - No WFH. You must be onsite in Verona 5 days a week.
