Pros

- good place to start career - learn lots of transferrable skills; learning to own client communication that early in your career is rare at other companies

Cons

- intense/long hours for $73k non-negotiable starting salary - mandatory in person work in Verona, WI - lack of hybrid flexibility - weird culture

Pros

Boost is a great option if your professional growth is not a priority. Stress and expectations are low compared to the core roles back in Wisconsin. The job is safe, and you'll never need to worry about layoffs.

Cons

Compensation is anchored to the salary you had when you left the mother ship. A former QM and a former IS could be on the same project, but have an 80k comp difference. Advancement opportunities are non-existent, but people don't go Boost to change healthcare.
