Pros

Decent benefits - don't start dividing the numbers with your hours though Pretty smart co-workers They feed you pretty well

Cons

Working 60 hours+ is common Mismanagement at its best Support technologies used in the 70s No social life - if you're a computer in a human body you're welcome If you complain, you get fired

Pros

Good salary Nice environment, campus Madison is a very nice city especially for married ones

Cons

Extra hours, Average working hours 45-50. Many of my friends are working 50+ Too much stress, pressure Very old technologies and buggy software, headache to deal with the 30 years old code Fast development cycle, huge code, never feels like control on the code. Even 4-5 year-old people do not know code clearly. No social life after working 50 hours

Pros

Nice location, Excellent co workers, great projects, I am real surprised that the company grew so much in the last few years

Cons

I had to work a lot of late hours and lot of pressure at work but can be managed not so difficult
