Pros

- No prior experience required - Gain industry experience rapidly - they will teach out everything you need to learn - Great internal and customer-facing growth path in leadership - High salary, bonuses, great health benefits, 401k matching, etc. - Lots of travel!

Cons

- No work/life balance - startup culture. Expect to be working 50+ hours a week. Expect to be logging in/available on your days off. - Little-to-no hybrid flexibility. Approx. 5 days WFH allowed. - Expect a steep learning curve that you're expected to navigate fairly quickly - Have to learn the industry WHILE teaching others about it. - High stress/anxiety-inducing role. - High turnover that negatively impacts staffing
