Pros

Epic truly cares about their customers and creating the best possible product for them. Compensation is great, and office culture is laid back but highly driven.

Cons

It is located in wisconsin, which is about it's only drawback. Also two weeks of vacation is pretty lowsy compared to the other offers I recieved.

Pros

Young, smart, hardworking co-workers Fun, challenging, high-level of responsibility comes quickly

Cons

Project Managers travel way too much. After a year you'll be on the road 3/4 weeks, sometimes with stints as long as 5-6 weeks where you're only home on Fridays and weekends. You're expected to put in an extremely large amount of work if you want to move quickly.
