Pros

Great salary for those fresh out of college Decent health benefits Lot of opportunities for resume-building

Cons

Experience varies widely based on supervisors, job title, application Hours are often well beyond 40/week Culture can be a bit cult-ish The software's main selling point to hospitals is it makes it way easier to document charges...so it's probably at least partially responsible for driving up healthcare costs to insurers and patients, as well as the documentation burden on healthcare professionals. Something of a personal ethical dilemma.

Pros

The people are awesome, creative, and friendly. The campus is absolutely amazing. I believe they provide tours for the public...? So that should say something. They truly care about their employees and want to provide the best working environment.

Cons

I personally do not have any cons.
