Pros

Beautiful environment with fun themes, great food, great pay. Main hire is college graduates without families to tie them down, so an easy first job for many.

Cons

Be prepared to work 60+ hour weeks or risk falling behind. Zero structure. Claims to still be a growing business in its youth but is rapidly declining. Main hire is college graduates without families to tie them down because this is the easiest group of people to exploit.

Pros

Decently flexible hours and great pay in LCOL area

Cons

Bad tech stack (some TypeScript and C# but also raw JS and M) and really strict management. Very inflexible remote work and monitoring of in-person hours
