Pros

- Smart coworkers - Above average salary for the Madison area - Great health insurance - Stock options - 401k matching - Delicious food on-site

Cons

- Minimal work from home policy - Expectation of 45 hours/week minimum - Back end coding language (M) is very healthcare specific, so doesn't directly transfer to non-healthcare jobs

Pros

Good pay especially for fresh grads

Cons

You'll need to do lots of expected, unappreciated overtime just to keep afloat. The work life culture is held to American standards (50+ hour weeks) but that won't be reflected in the annual pay rises if you're Australian. Newbies are expected to know everything on day 1 and you'll be told to lie to the customer about your tenure, creating a toxic work environment.
