Pros include good pay, awesome campus where you work, subsidized food, cool people, young people

Cons

logn hours, lots of travel, your progress through thte company depends on your manger (usually someone just a few years older than you) as well as the project you are on, high expectations

Great pay, unbelievable learning experiences, work with high quality individuals, work for the best vendor in the industry, make great connections that will build your career for the rest of your life

Cons

Company directions change on a whim, flat management structure discourages long term (10yr) employees in implementation, complete black box when it comes to raises or rankings, direct managers tend to care, but upper level management sees Implementation as expandable, non compete is a bugger if you try to leave - but there are ways around it.
