The people you work with are young, intelligent, and very driven. The travel perks are also a great bonus.

Cons

Often working extensive hours especially when you are at your customer. Very challenging to have work-life balance.

It is amazing to work on a team that is literally the best at something: unfortunately that something is software implementation project management :)

Cons

The culture is like a continuation of college but with less fun and a bunch more responsibility. You have to work in healthcare. . .

+Benefits (health insurance, sabbaticals) +You control your work destiny. If you are engaged and open to learning something new on a regular basis, you'll fit right in +Your own office (or even a shared office) - no cubicles! +The food is amazing +Your peers really are the best of the best

Cons

-Vacation time; maxing out at 3 weeks and 6 sick days a year is a bummer, even with sabbaticals thrown in -Hours can be tough, but once you have tenure, it's a little easier to manage your work-life balance
