Pros

Agile company, rewarded for solid outcomes, intelligent co-workers, great facilities, young culture (not specifically young people- although there are those- but prides itself on being cutting edge/flexible/open to new ideas), solid benefits, always something new to work on

Cons

Rapid growth has resulted in some growing pains. Company culture does not translate completely into company policies that have been developed in response to handling growth. Work-life balance tends to be significantly mis-weighted.

Pros

The culture is awesome. Fun feel - great food, no dress code, awesomely smart people, you're a part of this larger whole that does amazing things in the industry. Amazing pay, right out of college and through the years. This job has taught me more about myself than I ever had hoped to know - strengths, weaknesses, resilience, mental capacity. I learned how to do amazing things, have tons of ownership and accountability, and I also learned how to say "no" and focus down on my personal goals (it took me about 2 years to get there and feel completely empowered).

Cons

You need to figure out what you want out of your time here. Your first year or two can be extremely challenging, but for me, the rewards were high. Now that I've been here for 5+ years, I take control of my schedule, my work life boundaries, and I'm empowered to do what is right for my customers, the company, and me.

Pros

-The company offers good pay for recent grads and opportunities to learn the ins and outs of management and consulting. -The campus is beautiful and the food is top-notch.

Cons

-There is no sense of work-life balance. While I was there the conversation revolved around "work-life integration." Sound fishy? Well it is. -The management structure is geared towards a small business, which they are no longer. Being rated against other hires from your starting month breeds competition that is unhealthy for a trusting workplace. -If you happen to get hooked up with a bad AM, you'll just have to suffer through it for 2 years until your install is finished. -Travel is pitched as around 50% a month but to be successful here you are pushed above 75% a month.
