Pros

It can be a pretty great place to work, if it weren't for the work you would be expected to do. The offices are nice and the on campus cafeterias are no less than amazing. You are compensated well for the work you are expected to do, which is nice.

Cons

Unfortunately the job can be rather "color by numbers" and "soul draining," which is unfortunate because your work life balance can be totally thrown off by a bad customer, bad team, or a bad team lead. Essentially, if you really have no preference as to what your life's work is, going to work at Epic is akin to playing the lottery; if you can get on a good application, with good customers and have a good supportive team lead, you could be very well set for life. The downside is if just one of those things are off, your life can go down the tubes pretty fast.
