Demanding but Rewarding

Pros

Epic is the right fit for someone who is hardworking, can handle stress, and is always looking to grow. It is a demanding place to work, and the team you land on can affect that experience. But it is also extremely rewarding. You grow a lot here, and Epic genuinely invests in you, whether that is teaching you new skills or even paying for outside education. The work is hard but is interesting, pays well, comes with good benefits, and the people around you tend to be similarly motivated, which makes a real difference day to day. For the right person, I would recommend it without hesitation.

Cons

The job can be demanding and stressful. Occasional longer hours.

Great food

Pros

Food is really good, I look forward to the lunch menu that gets updated daily.

Cons

Some work gets urgent when it negatively affects customers critically, which means that we have to work on tight timelines to get the issue fixed. Your experience with work life balance might be different from anyone else since it's based on your team lead. Some of them have very high expectations while others are more chill.
