Pros

just started within last few months so take with a grain of salt. seems to be very exciting place to work, lots of young staff, stable company that is not going anywhere

Cons

No cons yet except there is a LOT of training required.

Pros

fair pay for newly grads, good benefits package. Wisconsin is a great place to live if you're an outdoors person, Madison is a college town so it has it's fair share of theater, arts and museums.

Cons

no clearly defined professional development. The most you can realistically expect is being a team lead, which simply adds some spreadsheet tracking responsibilities. As a software developer, surprisingly few customer feedback are channeled back and most development work are determined/prioritized by your team lead.
