Horrible Place to work

Pros

- Great lunches - Good pay

Cons

- my dad got diagnosed with cancer while I worked here and my request for remote work was rejected - you work 50-55 hrs per week - because turnover is so high, the code base is mostly work done by new hires which makes for a spaghetti like / duct tape fix type of company. Code base is an absolute migraine - Management is completely out of touch - the actual product is so “customizable” that it is overly complicated. Good design and simplicity go hand in hand

Pros

Good salaries, relevant medical experience depending on your team, transferable skills

Cons

Not as stable as they say. Very outcome-based metrics; if you work hard on something and it gets cancelled last minute then you essentially did nothing at all. Barely any WFH. Obviously, very intense with long hours expected of new hires
