Pros

Do good. People are great. Food is great.

Cons

Culty at times. Getting more beurocratic. Push people to not have a good work life balance which can be especially hard for the people that they hire directly out of college to navigate.

Pros

Great Benefits, including higher than average compensation, great healthcare, and a excellent food & campus. Lots of smart, hardworking people work here.

Cons

Hours average anywhere from 45-60+ a week, and you are consistently pressured to do more. Work-life balance is something you must fight to maintain. Projects generally feel understaffed, and while Epic ensures a customer is successful, it generally comes at the expense of your time and well-being. Generally, expect to not feel valued as an individual, as most achievements are treated as "meeting expectations". Extremely rigid in regards to HR policies, especially in consideration of remote work.
