Pros

Some of the people that you meet and work with will be genuine and great future connections. Travel.

Cons

Disconnect between executive/sales and actual workforce High turnover leads to inexperienced project leadership Unrealistic expectation of working from the office when 90% of the jobs can be WFH Overloaded work plans and under compensated overtime efforts Continues to portray themselves as the underdog when they are in fact the head EHR company in the US and should behave as such

Pros

Smart colleagues, opportunity to make peoples' lives better, good raises/bonuses/stock for high performers, and a company with a clear strategy.

Cons

Some people who work at Epic want more flexibility to work remotely and have been frustrated by our strategy of working together in the office.
