Pros

Good compensation (not great) for the area, good benefits, potentially interesting work, stable with no layoffs

Cons

Culture can be VERY hit or miss, your mileage may vary. Controversial take but food is overhyped. No remote options. Teams can be great or can be tricky, management is not great. If you're lucky you'll get a manageable workload but they also don't have guardrails to protect your time. It is very possible to get a situation where you are working 50+ hour weeks.
