Pros

Awesome campus. Great for new grads since your with people who are in the same boat as you! Younger crowd. Delicious food.

Cons

Team leads aren't always looking out for your best interests and don't always seem to have enough experience to lead. Also the amount of vacation time between sabbaticals is minimal for such an up and coming company. Also. It's in Wisconsin which is freezing in the winter

Pros

+ Fully stocked, subsidized cafeterias. + 0% loans. + The best healthcare benefits you're likely to ever get. + Fair wages for the work required in that area of the country. + Really cool CEO; her vision, I feel, is genuine, and has she has the energy to back it up. + Lovely (read: one of the best in the US) campus. + Attentive hiring process. + Continuous employee education.

Cons

- Culture of long hours (45 to +60-70; ~45 is a minimum). - Cliques present between different teams and within the teams themselves. - No chances of changing roles. - Outdated, rarely-used programming language used (M). - Some bad seeds in management (restrictive of change, lacking traits of a positive leader, etc). - Lack of parking.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits. If you make it 5 years, you get a month long sabbatical. Sadly, many people don't last nearly that long.

Cons

A lot of your success depends on luck of the draw in terms of which team you end up on and who your team lead is. Get stuck with the wrong placement, and it could easily break you. Many people leave within the first year or two.
