Pros

The people are awesome, creative, and friendly. The campus is absolutely amazing. I believe they provide tours for the public...? So that should say something. They truly care about their employees and want to provide the best working environment.

Cons

I personally do not have any cons.

Pros

- The work is always changing- no two days are exactly the same for me, there is always a new puzzle for me to solve - The people I work with are awesome- super intelligent and helpful - Tons of opportunities to work on different project - The campus is beautiful, which makes it a great place to be inspired - The food is incredible - The benefits are great - Madison is a super fun small city that always has something going on!

Cons

- Can be hard to advocate for your time, leading to a challenging work/life balance if you are not firm with your "No" or "Yes, if" - Your Team Lead (TL) can affect which opportunities you may see - Learning curve is pretty high (but you will be provided training and resources/people to help you- make sure you use them!)

Pros

-Get to travel to hospitals -Cool campus and nice cafeteria food -Get to share an office

Cons

-Taking time off work is a tedious process, will always have a big back log of work to return to -90% of your communication will be to the IT staff through emails and phone calls. Not much engagement with other Epic employees. -People are able to somehow work 60 hours a week even after working there 5 years
