Ericsson is great, strong and steady work place with lot's of customers world wide. Inside development is usually stable and reliable. Friendly atmosphere building on team culture.

Cons

With all it's benefits it's still crawling on the markets for proper share and revenues. Management is conservative, and milks all the cows on the field.

No room to progress in your carrier path or to grow , no training , salary is 30% below the market rate , most of the activities are off shore and done by the offe shore teams in India , toxic environment , as they will request you to work day and night without any fair compensation. even your days off if you don’t take them because of the work load imposed by the Comapny , you can lose them without any compensation or payoff.
