Cons

1. Nepotism.Nepotism. Nepotism. 2. Leadership layer lack leadership qualities. No vision, no transparency, no honesty. 3. Lack of delivery capabilities or overall understanding about delivery. 4. Most Ericsson things are pathetic at EGIL level. Reason: many things are wrong at leadership level.

Good footprint in Telco industry Huge company potentially offering the change to move around within it Decent salary and benefits Flexible hours and good work-life balance Good product set

Cons

Probably too large for its own good - bureaucracy, internal politics and in-fighting detract from smooth operations and procedures Still coming to terms with handling services as opposed to network infrastructure projects Companies that it has bought are not assimiliated well, and just end up being another sub-division within the company, but still retaining much of their old management, culture etc. Their way of working - processes etc are byzantine and create extra work
