Fairly stable as long as business goes well. Like other corporations it goes through reorg every few years. If you are ambitious and willing to move around the world (especially to Sweden) it provides enough opportunities to grow.

Cons

Under-market compensations. Untransparent/unfair compensation and recognition strategy. Depending on the product you are working for you have better/worse work-life balance and better/worse recognition.
