- Best Working Ethics. - Great Learning Experience. - Many Opportunities within company.

Cons

- Slow Promotions - Salary appraisal mechanism is very poor and not defined. Mostly as per intuition of line manager. - Awards/Acknowledgments are just paper work. Best performers don't get any reward other than accolades. - Fuel Card / Car Allowance is for JS-6 and above.
