      Pros

      Great company to work for. Plenty of training opportunities, excellent benefits. Ericsson also has a very good employee recognition program. Good severance package for employees that includes health and dental for up to year.

      Cons

      It's such a large company, that sometimes employees are shuffled around to different managers at the convenience of the company and there is little time to make a positive impression on new superiors.

      You have many opportunities for growth through internal webinar trainings, ericsson RNAM is very generous at offering on-the-job training through job shadowing. Ericsson strongly encourages working with mentors.

      Cons

      Many line managers can hold you back looking to further their personal goals and career. While at the executive level they offer many avenues for career growth and learning, there are line managers that prevent you from learning and moving and may put your very position at risk to further theirs.
