Pros
- life-work balance ( a lot of days off as the common scheduling system is 5/5 ); - very interesting projects; - you can learn a bunch of things ( but depends on the people with whom you are working and also on you. if you really want to learn ); - medium salary package, but king of good for entry stage jobs;
Cons
- very high work load sometimes, but is not a hell; - birocracy and useless paperwork ( as in any corporate company );
