Based in RMEA, the experience working across the region was valuable from customer, colleagues and culture perspectives. The package was generous and the tools & methodology deployed were plenty.

Cons

Back in 2013, the company was far from a leader in the software business; it was driven by leaders who understood equipment based on box-dropping. The teams were too inwards focused and did not treat their solution vendors as good partners.
