Salary below market/competitors with very small raises
Completely unfair salary policy, no difference between being a very good engineer and a very bad engineer (just a few euros difference per year). This salary policy makes best engineers leave and jeopardize the future of the company in Spain (impossible to retain best engineers)
Lot of overhead in old departments (many people don't add any value and have big salaries) making very inefficient and costly departments.
Most of the managers/project managers have no idea about technical stuff and they don't want to have it, what is even worse!
HR doesn't not exist.
