Standardized workflows and project management procedures, which the newbies can learn a lot from. Intellectual colleagues.

Cons

There are some top-down and deep-rooted bureaucracy issues, which hinders the company's competitivity and efficiency. I think the root cause of the inefficiency is from Stockholm.... Everyone kinda senses it...
