Easy work, not a lot of pressure. This is based on my job for a period of 3/4 months.

Cons

Very hard to stand out and get involved in complex problems. Very little scope for promotion, based on the fact that a lot of people are doing a similar task as you.

Chance to work with people with different domain knowledge. Open office culture and approachable management.

Cons

HR department distances itself from the employee. It becomes very hierarchical. Less transparency of the project. Senior management tries to hide facts from the employee.

Cons

You won't be able to move into domain of your interest easily. You will have to stretch your luck to get good work/interesting work to do.
