family and friend company. opportunities are reserved for them. no value for talent. senior management knows nothing about grass root level and can play politics. Salary less than market price, they underpay you

Terrific pay and benefits, but no life balance even though they preach it !

Cons

Strictly a "who you know" company. Fairness is based on who you know. If you go to HR, OMG, you have a target on your back. If you want to move to a different position, the paperwork is impossible to find.
