Some excellent people within the few who remain in the UK. Good, challenging technical work.

Cons

Obsessed with replacing technically experienced UK engineers with low cost, inexperienced college leavers in India. Too top heavy with higher management roles. Too many bean counters and not enough quality driven engineers.

In Ericsson Media Room I have worked for 2 years; I often worked until late evening and resolved customer issue escalation in weekend. Now I am just expecting my baby. I informed my manager last month. But I am still laid off this week. The laying off expecting mom is really illegal and inhumane. I am posting this review on the mother's day and endorsing this fortune 500 famous company.
