Great benefits, good Swedish culture, highly-dependent on direct management and team. Open to people of different cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

Top-heavy corporate structure with man.y leaders not open to new ideas. Limited room for growth. Continuous job cuts creates tension, nervousness, and unproductive work environment. Not fun.

Best Benefits ever! great PTO and flexible hours. Worked with some really great people who helped me in my career.

Cons

If you can't handle constant change, don't work here. You must be an adaptable person to work in this environment -awkward tools and frequent reorgs are the norm. Telecom is a fast moving industry and this company is trying to keep up with costs and get ahead. I just wish they would not layoff folks so frequently and suddenly. They are in cost-cutting mode again.
